Rates Details (US)

The villa compound (6 villa suites) is rented to a single party at a time (consisting of 2-14 guests). Rates vary by number of guest and there is a minimum 5 night stay.

High Season (Dec. 15th - April 15th)

2-4 Guests     $1,900/night   ($13,300/week)
5-8 Guests     $2,400/night   ($16,800/week)
9-14 Guests   $3,000/night   ($21,000/week)

Low Season (April 16th - December 14th)

2-4 Guests     $1,500/night   ($10,500/week)
5-8 Guests     $1,800/night   ($12,600/week)
9-14 Guests   $2,100/night  ($14,700/week)

Check-in at 4pm; Check-out at 1pm
50% Deposit is required upon booking. If canceled within 60 days before arrival, deposit may be applied to a villa rental at a later date.
